2003 – Baldu Mozaika Ltd. is acquired to take care of Tom Schneider Designs furniture distribution in Central and Eastern Europe

2005 – Amanda Ltd. shop fitting division is acquired

2005 – Alterna Auto Ltd is established to concentrate there all trade in car products

2005 – Alternos Statybos Ltd. is taking over the trade in construction materials
